Poland – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – „Zagospodarowanie zielenią terenów miejskich w ramach Zielonego Budżetu miasta Katowice - Część 2”

The subject of the order is the provision of services entitled: "Greening of urban areas as part of Katowice's Green Budget - Part 2"

2. The subject of the order includes:

1) Task No. 1 (in the basic subject of the order): provision of a service consisting of greening urban areas in eleven Locations indicated in the SWZ.

2) Task No. 2 (service covered by the right of option): a) maintenance and care of the completed developments in the period from 15.04.2027 – 15.10.2027 in the Locations indicated in the SWZ, in accordance with the attached design and cost documentation for the individual Locations, b) maximum value of the right of option – 21,402.30 PLN, c) the Purchaser makes the use of the right of option dependent on the financial possibilities, allowing their execution.

3. The subject of the contract for Task No. 1 envisages the provision of the service for the individual Locations in accordance with the design scopes and the listed items and includes, inter alia: 1) cleaning and preparation of the site for planting, 2) conservation works, 3) assembly of small architectural elements, 4) planting of plants, finishing and care works.

4. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the order for Task No. 1 and the requirements related to its execution are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, containing the designs for the individual Locations, including: 1) Items of work, 2) Technical descriptions, 3) Technical drawings: PZT and PW, 4) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works.

5. The detailed scope of the services for Task No. 2 and the manner of their execution is contained in the design documentation.

MAINTENANCE REPORTS - The Contractor is obliged to systematically carry out maintenance measures and inform the Purchaser by e-mail (no later than the day before the scheduled works are carried out) of the date, location and type of planned maintenance measures.
