Belgium – Construction work – Construction de 49 logements et aménagement des abords du site Clos de l'Age d'Or à La Louvière

This contract concerns the real estate development of the Clos de l’Age d’Or at 7100 - Haine-Saint-Pierre. The construction programme comprises 49 dwellings and the landscaping of the entire site. This new neighbourhood will be organised into 3 groups of dwellings with the following typologies: • Zone 1- East: 8 three-bedroom houses • Zone 2 – West: 9 three-bedroom houses + 8 four-bedroom houses • Zone 3 – South: 24 two-bedroom apartments, of which 8 are adaptable. The project also includes a shallow geothermal installation not included in this contract, which must however take into account the context related to its implementation.
