Norway – Public road transport services – Bus services in Kristiansand and Vennesla 2028.

The procurement is for public transport services in the Kristiansand and Vennesla routes. The assignment shall be delivered by using buses and mini buses. The contract will start 01.07.2028. The assignment comprises parts of the politically adopted mobility offer that the Contracting Authority takes care of on behalf of the county and municipality and that are necessary for carrying out statutory assignments within, among other things, school transport. The contract shall contribute to achieving general objectives for the mobility offer in the route area with satisfied customers and effective and sustainable use of resources. ACT's vision is: "It shall be simple and attractive to travel collectively", and the Contracting Authority strives to have contracts that invite the Operator to take an active role in the development of tenders. The parties have a common goal of making public transport a natural first choice for travellers in the area.
