France – Sports facilities operation services – Concession de service public pour l'exploitation du centre aquatique LINEO

The Communauté de Communes des Hauts de Flandre (CCHF) is the owner of the LINEO aquatic centre, which opened on 17 January 2022. The facility primarily includes: - An aquatic area consisting of a stainless-steel sports pool (8 lanes by 25 metres), an activities pool of 158 m², a balneotherapy pool of 150 m², a children's play lagoon of 65 m², and an indoor slide, - A well-being area (with sauna, hammam, whirlpool, massage showers, cold bath and relaxation area) with access to a Zen garden; - A multi-purpose room; - Functional spaces necessary for the management of the complex (reception, administrative hub, changing rooms/toilets/showers…) and technical premises necessary for the operation of the equipment. Since January 2022, the intercommunal aquatic centre has been operated under a public service delegation agreement, the initial deadline of which was set for 16 January 2027, and has been extended by amendment until 30 June 2027. Following a fire in the technical galleries in December 2023, the facility was closed from 1 January 2024 to 7 July 2024.
