The present consultation concerns the execution of design and build works, as part of the thermal rehabilitation of 138 dwellings, spread across a set of 12 buildings constructed in R+4 in Rue Rouen, Mantes la Ville. This consultation is conducted under the competitive dialogue procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2124-5 and R. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The present contract is not divided into lots but provides the following optional sections (TO): o TO 1: The demolition of a building with 8 dwellings and 2 shops and the demolition of 30 boxes/annexes o TO 2: The restoration of the exterior after demolition
