The Well-being at Work Code specifies in its Book IX, Title 3, Chapter III "Work Clothing - Conditions of Use" that the Employer is obligated to provide work clothing free of charge to workers. The Employer ensures or has ensured, at their expense, the cleaning, repair, maintenance, and timely replacement of work clothing.
