Project management services in accordance with AHO § 2, as per publication number 9 "Project management services in the construction and real estate industry" of the AHO expert commission "Project management/Project control", 2020 edition, areas of activity A-E, project stages 3-5 as well as partial services of project stage 1 including integration into the results of the performance phases 1 and 2 and - depending on the project status - project stage 2 in full or in part for the comprehensive renovation with extension construction and/or partial demolition, including the creation of temporary buildings as well as their dismantling after completion of the construction measure and demolition of existing container buildings in Kantstr. 3 and Wiersbergstr. 44 in 51103 Köln and additionally services of commissioning management for the comprehensive renovation with extension construction and services of site management and quality assurance for the creation of one or more additional temporary buildings.
