This notice concerns a framework agreement for online orders, via an electronic catalogue, for the supply of pipes, sleeves, fittings or ferrules, anti-whip cables, and any other material necessary for the manufacture of hoses to cover the needs of the ships and shore units of the Marine nationale. It is a single-operator framework agreement. Market form: This notice concerns a defence or security contract for the supply of technical materials and consumables for the Fluids Specialised Mechanics Group of the SLM workshops. The framework agreement is for orders by purchase card 3 on an electronic catalogue, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2325-1 of the Public Procurement Code and according to the modalities specified in II.2.2. Pursuant to Article R. 2362-9 of the Public Procurement Code, tenders must include an electronic catalogue under the conditions set by the buyer. They may be accompanied by other documents that complement them. The procedure is a restricted call for tenders. This publication only concerns a call for expressions of interest.
