France – Public road transport services – Délégation de service public pour l’exploitation des transports en commun routiers urbain, interurbain et scolaire sur le territoire de la Communauté d’Agglomération du Caudrésis et du Catésis

The present consultation aims to award the future public service delegation contract for the operation of the following regular public road transport lines: • Commercial: o Interurban lines corresponding to five local lines connecting our communes to the two central towns: Caudry and Le-Cateau-Cambrésis; o Urban lines corresponding to the line known as TCC (Caudrésien collective transport); • School lines corresponding to the school doublings of our five local lines connecting our communes to the two central towns: Caudry and Le-Cateau-Cambrésis; • On demand, as an option. The territorial scope of the public service delegation (DSP) and the composition of the delegated services are specified respectively in Annexes 1 to 4 of the Contract. In addition to the basic offer allowing the operation of interurban, urban commercial lines and school doubling lines, the Candidate will present an offer with the possible option lift "On-demand transport" in accordance with Article 5.2.2.1 of the Contract draft. It may propose an offer of additional options in accordance with Article 5.2.2.2 of the Contract draft.
