Belgium – Electrical installation work – CONCESSION CONJOINTE - CAHIER DES CHARGES RELATIF A L'OCTROI D'UNE CONCESSION DE SERVICES PUBLICS AYANT POUR OBJET L'INSTALLATION, L'ENTRETIEN ET L'EXPLOITATION D'UNE INFRASTRUCTURE DE RECHARGE RAPIDE POUR VEHICULES ELECTRIQUES SUR LE TERRITOIRE DE LA VILLE DE LIEGE

In this context, the IGIL and the City of Liège offer the present concession to private operators for:

- the construction and equipping, at the Concessionaire's expense, of rapid electric charging stations, including access from the roadway

- full operation: management, maintenance, customer service, payment, etc.

- the payment by the Concessionaire to the Granting Authority of royalties (fixed part + variable according to turnover)

The stations must be equipped with a shelter or a small waiting building for customers coming to charge their vehicles and to offer additional and/or non-existent services (example: sanitary facilities, food dispensers, etc.).
