Germany – Retail trade services – Einrichtung und Betrieb von Souvenir-Shops am Flughafen BER (Konzession)

The subject of the procurement procedure is the leasing of 6 individual areas for souvenir shops, which will be leased as a single package to a retailer/licensee on their own economic risk (concession). The lease agreement will include, inter alia, operating obligations and assortment restrictions. The contract begins with the award of the contract, and the start of the performance for the first 3 rental areas/souvenir shops is no later than 01.07.2027. The contract ends for all areas on 31.12.2037.
