The procurement concerns the provision of property services in the properties listed in the invitation to tender, managed by the City of Lahti, in accordance with the procurement documents. The property services to be procured include the property maintenance tasks presented in the client's maintenance book and the property maintenance services in accordance with the procurement documents. The contractor commits to carrying out the property services in accordance with the property's requirements to maintain the quality level described in the procurement documents.
