Netherlands – Communication and multimedia software development services – Europese aanbesteding Artificial Intelligence Chatbot (AI-chatbot)

The subject of the contract concerns the supply, implementation, management, maintenance and further development of an AI chatbot solution to replace the current chatbot. The AI chatbot solution must support students in an accessible, reliable and efficient manner and handle Sessions adequately. The contract includes not only the provision of the solution itself, but also the related services required to ensure that the AI chatbot functions well, safely and sustainably throughout the contract period. This contract is not subdivided into lots. Registration for part of the contract is not permitted and will result in exclusion from further participation in the tender procedure. The subject of this contract in this tender represents an estimated contract value of € 96,000.00, excluding VAT per year for the supply, maintenance and management of the AI chatbot and including the processing of 100,000 Sessions. Note: This annual contract value is also a price ceiling. A Tenderer with a Registration with a price offer in Annex III Price List whose annual costs are higher than € 96,000.00, excluding VAT, will be excluded from further participation in this tender.
