The subject of the order is comprehensive service for the Purchaser in the area of booking, purchasing and delivering air, rail, and coach tickets for international and domestic passenger transport, and intermediation in the process of obtaining visas for Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie, in connection with domestic and international business trips. As part of the subject of the order, the Purchaser envisages: 1.1. booking, purchasing, issuing and delivering air tickets for domestic and international passenger transport in accordance with the orders placed by the Purchaser in terms of routes, dates and classes according to the applicable tariffs of the carriers, taking into account the most advantageous prices at the given moment; 1.2. booking and purchasing rail tickets for domestic and international routes in accordance with the orders placed by the Purchaser in connection with the business trips of employees; 1.3. booking and purchasing coach tickets for domestic and international routes in accordance with the orders placed by the Purchaser in connection with the business trips of employees; 1.4. intermediation in obtaining and purchasing visas. 2. The Purchaser envisages the purchase of tickets and visas in the following quantities over a 24-month period: 2.1. international flights – 100 units; 2.2. domestic flights – 20 units; 2.3. domestic rail journeys – 4500 units; 2.4. international rail journeys – 50 units; 2.5. domestic coach journeys – 100 units; 2.6. international coach journeys – 50 units; 2.7. visa procedures – up to 20 units. The actual number of services provided will depend on the Purchaser's current demand. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
