France – Lighting systems – Eclairage solaire de sites départementaux

This consultation concerns the solar lighting of departmental sites (car-sharing areas, sports facilities, colleges, tourist sites, administrative heritage) and the supply of spare parts for any necessary repairs. The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. No breakdown into lots is planned. This consultation includes social and environmental performance conditions, the details of which are given in Article 10 of the CCAP.
