The subject of the contract involves the purchase of a new, heavy rescue-fire truck on a 4x4 chassis for the needs of the Volunteer Fire Department in Przyborów, with minimum parameters and equipment described in Annex 1 to this specification. 2. The required warranty period for the supplied vehicle is no less than 24 months, with the proviso that the Contractors may grant the Volunteer Fire Department in Przyborów a longer warranty. The quality warranty begins on the date of acceptance and take-over of the vehicle or acceptance of the equipment by the Volunteer Fire Department in Przyborów, which will be confirmed by signing (without comments) the acceptance protocol. 3. The supplied vehicle will be covered by a minimum 24-month defect liability period, with the proviso that the Contractors may grant the Volunteer Fire Department in Przyborów a longer defect liability period, which begins on the date of acceptance and take-over of the vehicle or acceptance of the equipment by the Volunteer Fire Department in Przyborów, which will be confirmed by signing (without comments) the acceptance protocol. The terms of the warranty and defect liability are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ – draft contract terms. 4. Warranty on equipment (mobile equipment) supplied with the vehicle – minimum 12 months. 5. If the subject of the contract indicated trademarks, patents or the origin of materials and devices, the Purchaser - in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 of the Pzp Act - allows the submission of "equivalent" "products". All "products" from specific manufacturers specify the minimum quality parameters and user characteristics that goods must meet to satisfy the requirements set by the Purchaser and constitute only a quality model of the subject of the contract. By specifying the minimum quality parameter requirements, the Purchaser understands the requirements of the goods contained in generally accessible sources, catalogues, manufacturers' websites. The use of example manufacturer names is intended only to specify the level of expectations of the Purchaser in relation to a given solution. Therefore, the use of manufacturer/product names is for illustrative purposes only. By indicating in the description of the subject of the contract the designation of a specific manufacturer/supplier or a specific product, the Purchaser simultaneously allows equivalent products with quality parameters and user characteristics at least at the level of the parameters of the indicated product, thus recognising any product with the indicated or better parameters. In such a situation, the Purchaser requires the submission of appropriate documents certifying these materials or devices. They will be subject to the assessment of the author of the design documentation, who will prepare an appropriate opinion. This opinion will be the basis for the Purchaser's decision to accept the "equivalents" or to reject the offer due to their "non-equivalence".
