The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for two years with the option to extend the contract twice, each time by one year, as well as to supply the initial equipment of the new building of the Herzzentrum (Building 61) with 14 electromotive patient beds, mattresses and accessories. In addition, the service includes the associated logistical services and processing. Within the framework of the tender, a standardised patient bed and a standard clinic mattress are to be agreed as the economic and technical basic equipment. The standard model must meet the requirements of a modern hospital operation and, in particular, ensure safe, ergonomic and economical use in clinical everyday life. In addition, it must be possible to configure the offered standard bed according to the respective medical, organisational or user-specific requirements. This includes, in particular, different equipment variants, accessory components, extensions and technical additional functions. All configuration options must be compatible with the offered basic system and ensure uniform operation, maintenance and spare parts supply. The service includes, in particular: • the delivery of electromotive patient beds including all necessary basic and special equipment as well as the delivery of clinic mattresses, • the delivery of accessories and optional extension components, • the supply for the initial equipment of the new building Herzzentrum (Building 61), • the demand-oriented supply of further facilities of the contracting authority during the contract period, • the introduction, distribution and operational-ready provision of the products at the intended locations of use, • the performance of necessary logistical services including date and delivery coordination, • the delivery of necessary documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, • compliance with all applicable legal, technical, medical device and safety-relevant requirements. The contractor must ensure that all delivered products are complete, functional and suitable for the intended use in hospital operations. The requirements for the technical equipment, the minimum requirements and the permissible configuration options result from the scope of services and the associated documents. The contractor must provide the service completely, operational and functional and comply with all applicable legal, technical and safety-relevant regulations.
