The subject of this tender is the complete, ready-to-operate installation of the Technical Building Equipment (TGA) for the operational building part of the Waterworks Stade Süd. The scope of services includes all systems for sanitation, heating, cooling, ventilation, and the associated building automation, including all ancillary services. The TGA systems serve to ensure proper, hygienic, and energy-efficient operation of the operational building part and are tailored to the special requirements of a water management operational building. This includes, in particular, the drinking water, wastewater, and drainage systems, the building's heat supply with heat pump technology and associated heating circuits, as well as the air conditioning and ventilation of the required rooms. Furthermore, the scope of services includes the supply, installation, insulation, testing, and commissioning of all pipelines, channels, fittings, units, and system components, including the necessary measurement, control, and regulation equipment. The TGA systems are to be fully integrated into the overarching building automation, ensuring autonomous operation of the building technology systems. Necessary interfaces to the automation and control technology of the waterworks and to the fire alarm system are to be created. All services are to be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards, guidelines, and technical regulations, as well as taking into account the applicable legal requirements. The systems are to be installed ready for operation, professionally documented, and handed over including the training of the operating personnel.
