The present notice does not concern the award of a public contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Directive (2014/24/EU) or public procurement cartel law. In the interest of providing as broad information as possible to interested pharmaceutical enterprises, this notice is published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The procedure designation "Open procedure" (Section IV.1.1) used in the present notice text is due to the requirements of the notice form. Neither this nor the use of the medium "TED" entails any submission to procurement regulations whose applicability is not mandatory by law or procurement regulations. This is a framework agreement with an accession option, which relates to various active substances.
