Finland – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to marine and other equipment – Porvoon kaupungin satamatyöt 2026-2028 (2028-2030)

The subject of the procurement are the works related to the maintenance, installation, relocation, and repair of the port and pier areas and recreational areas in the archipelago of the City of Porvoo, as well as diving works. The work sites are located in the marinas and piers of Porvoo, as well as in the recreational areas of the city's archipelago. The marinas/piers are located in Porvoonjoki, Gammelbacka, Hamari, Kråkö, Tolkkis, Skeppar, Pellinge, Virvik and Jakari. The city's recreational areas in the archipelago are located in Hakasal, Mäntysaari, Norrholmen and Äggskär. The swimming piers are located at Kokonniemi land swimming area, Hasselholma and Staffax (Veckjärvi) and Venjärvi. The procurement includes the following tasks: 1 diving works, short- and long-term (up to one hour and over one hour, incl. one surface person) 2 works performed by a workboat, 3 crane truck works and 4 separate personnel work and maintenance works. The works include, among other things, the relocation, installation and fastening of piers, footbridges, boat moorings, piles and concrete weights, as well as other tasks related to the maintenance of port and pier structures. The procurement needs vary annually. The procurement has not been divided into lots. The contracting authority will select at least one (1) and at most (5) five service providers for the framework agreement. The contract period is initially valid for a fixed term of two (2) years, after which the contracting authority has the right to decide on the use of 1+1 or two option years. However, the validity of the agreement ends at the latest when four (4) years have passed since the framework agreement entered into force. The agreement ceases, regardless of the fixed term of the contract period, without separate termination, when the maximum value of the agreement of 480 000 euros is reached. In addition to Porvoo City Infrastructure, Porvoo Sports Services will procure the services described in this invitation to tender and its appendices through the framework agreement established by the competition.
