The Psychiatric and Psychotherapy Clinic is responsible for the mandatory care of the city of Bad Hersfeld and the Hersfeld-Rotenburg district. It provides for this purpose a closed ward with 28 beds (Süd U2) and an open ward with 28 beds (Süd U1) in a separate building, as well as an external day clinic with 24 places. The facility currently does not offer all the therapeutic services that should be part of a guideline-compliant treatment in a standard care clinic. Specialised services in the field of addiction treatment are also missing. Under the given structural conditions of an open (Süd U1) and a closed ward (U2) with mixed occupancy, a diagnosis-specific treatment according to the guidelines is not possible or only to a limited extent. To achieve a modern psychiatric treatment offer, a diversification of the existing therapeutic offer is necessary by expanding the range of services. For this purpose, a spatial expansion by adding another ward (U 3) is necessary. A contractor is sought for Lot 1: Building and Interior Design (Architecture).
