This dynamic purchasing system aims to carry out mechanised forestry operations. It will allow, for a period of 10 years, to request an offer from approved companies to carry out the services. These consultations will result in what the regulation calls "specific contracts". The objective is to carry out mechanised forestry operations in the Doubs department (Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region), involving mainly coniferous wood. The expected services consist mainly of: – Mechanised felling; – Mechanised wood extraction. These services are carried out in exploitation contexts presenting particular technical constraints, divided into categories corresponding to the lots of the system: – Lot 1 "slope": mechanised exploitation in conditions of steep slope, requiring specific winching equipment for the movement of machines on significant slopes (greater than 200 m in length); – Lot 2 "marsh": mechanised exploitation on weak soils or requiring watercourse crossings, involving the use of adapted equipment (crossing devices, reinforced bearing equipment). The detailed characteristics of each intervention will be specified in the subsequent consultations relating to the specific contracts.
