The Foundation of the Historical Museum of the Palatinate plans a structural reorganisation of its extension building in Speyer. It is being created as part of the overall complex of the Historical Museum of the Palatinate with direct connection to the listed old building. In this process, the upper floor of the existing extension building is being dismantled, while the two lower basement floors are preserved. These form the static basis for the new building structure. On these basement floors, a new "White Cube" is being erected, which is optically and structurally distinct from the existing structure and appears to float above a recessed ground floor with a transparent glass joint. This architectural design results in specific requirements for the load-bearing structure, particularly with regard to cantilevering, load transfer and anchoring. Parts of the existing basement (White Tank) will be preserved and activated for the new use. The new load-bearing structure is to be designed in such a way that additional loads can be transferred to the existing structure in a controlled manner without requiring an extension of the foundation. The estimated eligible costs (net) are as follows: Lot 300 9,624,000 EUR; Lot 400 2,502,240 EUR; Lot 410 264,660 EUR; Lot 420 481,200 EUR; Lot 430 481,200 EUR; Lot 440 481,200 EUR; Lot 450 216,540 EUR; Lot 460 168,420 EUR; Lot 470 72,180 EUR; Lot 480 336,840 EUR. The services will be tendered in lots: Lot 1 - Structural design according to § 49 HOAI; Lot 2 - Planning services for building services HLSK according to § 53 HOAI; Lot 3 - Planning services for electrical building services according to § 53 HOAI; Lot 4 - Specialist planning for fire protection according to AHO-Heft 17; Lot 5 - Specialist planning for building physics according to Appendix 1.2 HOAI; Lot 6 - Project management services according to AHO-Heft 9. A phased awarding is planned. Initially, performance phases 1-4, i.e. up to the approval planning, are to be commissioned, and subsequently performance phases 5-6 or 5-9. The subject of this tender is Lot 2 - Specialist planning for building services HLSK in performance phases 1-9 according to § 55 HOAI. The project planning has already been commissioned.
