Bulgaria – Magnetic resonance unit – Надграждане на съществуващ магнитен резонанс в МБАЛ „Лозенец“ ЕАД

The subject of the present public procurement contract includes: preparation of the existing equipment for upgrade and modernization; delivery of equipment for the upgrade and modernization of the existing magnetic resonance to Mbal Lozenetz EAD, with address: Sofia, ul. "Kozyak" No. 1; assembly, installation, commissioning; carrying out of preliminary tests and functional tests; training of medical specialists; provision of the necessary technical documentation, certificates of conformity and operating instructions in Bulgarian language and warranty support and delivery of necessary parts and materials, within the warranty period. The public procurement contract includes the execution of the following main activities: - preparation of the existing equipment for upgrade and modernization; - delivery of equipment for the upgrade and modernization of the existing magnetic resonance to Mbal Lozenetz EAD, with address: Sofia, ul. "Kozyak" No. 1; - assembly, installation and commissioning; - carrying out of preliminary tests and functional tests; - training of medical specialists, designated by the Contracting Authority, on-site for work; - provision of the necessary technical documentation, certificates of conformity and operating instructions in Bulgarian language; - warranty support and delivery of necessary parts and materials, within the warranty period. The minimum warranty period is not less than 12 (twelve) months full warranty. The delivery period is no more than 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days, from the date of the Contracting Authority's award letter. The period for assembly, setup, trial testing, and commissioning is no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days, from the date of delivery of the equipment. The period for training of specialists is no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days after commissioning of the equipment and according to a pre-agreed schedule with the Contracting Authority. At the time of the announcement of the public procurement, its financing has not been secured, therefore the contract shall be concluded subject to, in accordance with Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
