France – Restoration work – Marché global sectoriel relatif à la rénovation de la blanchisserie du Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Reims

This contract concerns the renovation of the laundry facilities at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Reims. The contract includes all design and construction services required to complete the works. More specifically, the works include: - Design of the works, - Execution of the works while ensuring the continuation of laundry activities, - Guarantee of perfect completion (GPA), - Level 4 and/or 5 maintenance, in the event that the contracting authority decides to choose the corresponding PSE(s). The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Detailed Technical Programme (PTD) and its possible annexes (which will be transmitted during the tender phase).
