The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a globally active service provider for international cooperation in sustainable development. The DIGITS (Digital Transformation and IT Solutions) department supports the divisions and departments of the GIZ in effectively and economically designing their processes and central organisation-wide business processes through modern information and communication technologies. The GIZ uses Microsoft-365 and Microsoft-Azure cloud services as well as hybrid and local Microsoft components as part of its central IT services. To support the availability, stability and continuous operational readiness of these systems, Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support services are to be procured.
