Each of the contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is a services contract for the sweeping and flushing of roads on the network of the Luxembourg Directorate for Roads. The services are carried out on roads belonging to Network I, which are described in Annex 2 of the present special conditions, as well as on roads of Network II. The services are preventive, conditional and corrective maintenance (see glossary).
