The purpose of the framework agreement is to procure various medicines for a period of 24 months, to ensure the proper functioning of the Panciu Municipal Hospital, in accordance with the quantities specified in the terms of reference. The maximum and minimum quantities related to the framework agreement are in accordance with the terms of reference. The maximum and minimum quantities related to the subsequent contracts are in accordance with the terms of reference. The estimated minimum and maximum value of the framework agreement for each lot is as provided in section II.2. The estimated minimum and maximum value of the subsequent contract for each lot is as provided in section II.2. The estimated value of the framework agreement, excluding VAT: between 2.282.297,14 and 9.128.103,50 Currency: RON Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: The quantities specified in the terms of reference are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. These quantities have been estimated based on the average consumption of previous years. Subsequent contracts will be concluded monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or whenever a new need arises. The monetary values of each subsequent contract will be determined based on the needs of the contract and the financial resources available to the contracting authority. Attention: The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests are made within the period specified in section I of the Data Sheet, namely 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
