The subject of the procurement is the procurement and delivery of new and unused medical equipment for the Educational Institution for Emergency Medicine, in accordance with the technical specifications listed in the Price List, which is an integral part of the procurement documentation. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT

In accordance with the Rulebook on standards and norms regarding space, staff, and medical-technical equipment for the performance of emergency medical activities and sanitary transport activities prescribed by the Ministry of Health ("Official Gazette" 64/24), the Educational Institution for Emergency Medicine of the City of Zagreb regularly renews the fund of medical equipment intended for providing emergency medical care and procures:

Subject of procurement - Procurement of medical equipment for the Educational Institution for Emergency Medicine, a subject which, due to various technological and functional characteristics, is divided into the following groups:

- Group 1 - Automatic chest compression device – 20 units - subject of procurement intended for patients in resuscitation procedures in emergency medical vehicles

- Group 2 - POCT device for biochemical analysis – 1 unit – subject of procurement for performing basic laboratory tests in the resuscitation/ambulance room of the Institution at address Heinzelova 88, Zagreb.

The renewal of medical equipment will ensure the improvement of the quality and availability of healthcare services to the citizens of the City of Zagreb.
