ZAS intends to proceed with the award of a contract for the provision, delivery and commissioning of hemodialysis machines, including the associated consumables, as part of the renewal of the existing infrastructure. This contract involves, on the one hand, the provision of the machines on various campuses, including an associated maintenance contract. On the other hand, the contract concerns the continuous supply of the required disposables throughout the entire contractual period. Furthermore, the contract includes the purchase, delivery, installation and maintenance of a water treatment installation, including the associated ring main for dialysis applications, in accordance with the applicable standards and requirements for medical installations. The contract is set up as a framework agreement with a duration of ten (10) years, with an annual termination option from the sixth contract year.
