NANTES MÉTROPOLE has entrusted the public service delegation (PSD) of the heating network named Bellevue Chantenay to the company Dalkia. In this capacity, the company Dalkia has created a dedicated company, named CLEA, which, from its creation, took over the PSD and therefore all the rights and obligations related to the RCU. CLEA is therefore the project owner for the implementation of the works related to the construction of the RCU. CLEA then entrusted the company Dalkia with the implementation and monitoring of all the works related to the construction of the RCU, Dalkia thus becoming the project owner by substitution. The works consist of replacing existing glass fibre pipelines (abandoned) and replacing them with pre-insulated pipelines, these will supply 12 to 17 subscribers (depending on the options) in the Dervallières and Vallon des Dervallières districts.
