Germany – Roof-covering work – Stadthaus Paderborn, Sanierung BT A-C; Dachdeckerarbeiten an Bestandsgebäuden

Tendered are roofing works including the necessary insulation, sheet metal and greening works as part of the renovation of the Stadthaus Paderborn (components A to C). The scope of services includes the creation and renewal of flat and pitched roof waterproofing, including the execution of vapour barriers, thermal insulation, fall insulation and sealings from plastic sealing sheets. Furthermore, all connection and detail works at attics, roof edges, penetrations and rising components including the necessary wind suction protections are to be created. The scope of services also includes sheet metal works such as attic coverings made of titanium zinc, the supply and installation of roof drains, emergency overflows and ventilation elements as well as the creation of extensive roof greening on the designated roof areas. Estimated scope of services, - approx. 1,000–1,200 m² of roof waterproofing (flat and pitched roof surfaces), - approx. 1,000 m²
