Poland – Reagents and contrast media – Wyłonienie wykonawcy w zakresie sukcesywnej dostawy odczynników dla jednostek organizacyjnych Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego (z wyłączeniem Collegium Medicum UJ).

1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of a Contractor for the successive supply of reagents, hereinafter referred to as reagents or products, for the organisational units of Jagiellonian University in Krakow (excluding Collegium Medicum UJ), intended in particular for activities in the fields of education, research and commercial. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the quantitative list of reagents, is set out in Annex A to the SWZ, which also constitutes the price offer calculation form. 3. The Purchaser reserves the right to change the subject of the contract as defined in the Price Form constituting Annex A to the SWZ by reserving the right to purchase reagents not included in Annex 1 to the contract, but listed in the catalogue available on the producer's website http://www.labjot.com/register, for which the Contractor is authorised to distribute, and with the reservation that the total value of the contract will not change, in the case of: a) the withdrawal from distribution of a reagent listed in Annex A to the SWZ and its replacement with a substitute (equivalent) product at a price not higher than the price of the reagent set out in this contract, b) the introduction by the producer of a new reagent, with physicochemical properties beneficial to the Purchaser from the point of view of the results (quality) of the scientific research carried out, at a price not higher than that specified in the producer's catalogue, reduced by the discount declared by the Contractor in the offer form, c) the necessity to change a reagent, included in Annex A to the SWZ, for another reagent included in the catalogue available on the producer's website http://www.labjot.com/register at a price not higher than that specified in the producer's catalogue, reduced by the discount declared by the Contractor in the offer form.
