Belgium – Collection, transport and disposal of hospital waste – Accord-cadre de services ayant pour objet [« Collecte, transport, traitement et recyclage de déchets hospitaliers »]

The Framework Agreement concluded with ACAH aims to designate a service provider with which a Framework Agreement will be concluded, under which the Beneficiary Contracting Authorities (hereinafter PAB), listed below, will be able to place Orders in accordance with the procedure defined in the Contractual Clauses and at the unit prices set out in the Offer. This is a multi-year Service Contract for the collection, transport, treatment and recycling of hospital waste for the benefit of the PAB, as well as the supply of drums and cartons for B2 waste for the benefit of the PAB.
