The subject of the order is the delivery of a new, medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle with equipment. The detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 8 to SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the order and Annex No. 6 SWZ Contract Project. 3. The ordering party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 4. The ordering party does not reserve the right of personal performance by individual contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract for key tasks. 5. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) 34144210-3 Fire engines. 8. The ordering party does not allow the submission of variant offers or in the form of electronic catalogues. 9. The ordering party does not envisage the award of contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law. 10. The ordering party does not envisage the division of the contract into parts. Given the nature of the subject of the order, it must be stated that it is indivisible. Dividing the implementation of the order into parts would result in increased costs, implementation difficulties and the risk of delays, as well as having an artificial and pointless character. 1. Contract execution period: 60 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 4 December 2026.
