This contract concerns the provision of assistance services for the preparation of a Consultation File for Contractors (DCE) and, in particular, the technical specifications for an information system for managing the contributions of members of the guarantee mechanisms managed by the FGDR. These specifications will constitute the technical document for the consultation relating to the identification of a supplier responsible for providing this system. The Contractor will assist the FGDR in the analysis of the offers received. The details of the expected services are set out in the Special Technical Clauses Document (CCTP).
