1. Type of contract: service. 2. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the reservation, sale, and delivery of international and domestic air tickets for the University of Natural Sciences in Wrocław. The detailed scope of the obligations to execute the subject of the contract and the description of the subject of the contract are in the document entitled “Draft Contract Terms” (hereinafter: PPU), which is Annex 8 to the SWZ. 3. The offer must be clear and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject of the contract. 4. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer, the content of which will allow the Contracting Authority to verify the offer in terms of its compliance with the content of the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to indicate prices in accordance with the Offer Form, including the net and gross commission price for one international and domestic air ticket transaction. 5. The content of the contractor's offer must correspond to the content of the Specifications of the Contract Terms. 6. The contract shall be executed with due care and in accordance with all the requirements set out in the SWZ with annexes and any information for contractors. 7. The subject of the contract will be implemented from the date of the conclusion of the contract for a period of 24 months or until the total gross remuneration, referred to in § 5, point 6 of the Draft Contract Terms (Annex 8 to the SWZ), is fully exhausted, if this occurs before the expiry of the term for which the Contract was concluded.
