Czechia – Gravel – DODÁVKY INERTNÍCH MATERIÁLŮ 2026-2027

The subject of this Public Procurement is the conclusion in each part of the Public Procurement of a Framework Agreement with one participant, the subject of which will be, according to the definition of the relevant part of the Public Procurement, partial deliveries of either inert sand fraction 0/8 or inert aggregate fraction 4/8 for winter maintenance and road repairs according to valid and effective Czech technical standards for the given type of material, including the transport and delivery of this material at the individual locations designated by the Contracting Authority for the partial parts of the Public Procurement. Partial deliveries will be carried out on the basis of orders according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority. Further specifications of the deliveries, including the estimated volume of procurement and the place of their fulfilment, are given in the binding draft of the Framework Agreement for the relevant type of inert material and also in the relevant annex no. 8a – 8h of the tender documentation, which contains a description of the centres and the requirements of the Contracting Authority on the type and quantity of inert material for each part of the Public Procurement, and which is designated as "Price List of Sand for Centres of Silnic LK a.s." for parts 1 – 4, resp. "Price List of Aggregate - Inert Material for Centres of Silnic LK a.s." for parts 5 - 8 (hereinafter "Offer Price"). The Public Procurement is divided into a total of 8 parts. The individual parts are divided firstly according to the type of inert material (inert sand or inert aggregate), and subsequently according to the place of delivery for individual regions.
