The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works "Replacement and repair of bridge abutments on bridges under the management of Národná diaľničná spoločnosti, a.s." The places of performance are the bridge abutments on bridges located in the territory of the Slovak Republic under the management of Národná diaľničná spoločnosti, a.s. (hereinafter "NDS"). A separate order will be issued for the repair of each bridge abutment. A detailed description of the place of performance of the works and the expected duration of the performance of the subject of the contract is given in section B.1 Description of the subject of the contract and section B.3 Commercial conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract, which are an integral part of these SP.
