Netherlands – Primary school construction work – Nieuwbouw Prins Mauritsschool, kinderopvang en gymzaal te Staphorst

The Contracting Authority is seeking Contractors capable of further developing the Preliminary Design based on a design and build contract. The works related to the further co-design and realisation of these provisions for the ‘New Construction of Prins Mauritsschool, day care and gymnasium in Staphorst’ will include, among others: - Architectural works (lot 1); - Electrical works (lot 2); - Mechanical works (lot 2). The starting points for the new construction are: - Primary school with a Christian Reformed identity for 330 pupils with a size of 1,953 m² GFA (gross floor area); - Two group rooms (incl. sleeping area) for day care/ PG – Elorah with a size of 203 m² GFA; - A gymnasium incl. changing rooms and storage with a size of 525m² GFA; - Furthermore, the necessary schoolyards, bicycle parking/stands, parking, kiss & ride and greenery are to be realised.
