•The supply of physical mobility cards with and without subscription. Available for Train, bus, tram, metro.

•The cards must offer an integral link with the national network of shared bicycles at NS stations and a nationwide network of shared cars;

•Customer service for users in case of loss, defects or questions;

•Billing of the travel costs made on a personal level, so that the AD can easily charge these to its employees.

Outside the scope of the contract:

•The physical provision of transport means;

•The organisation or execution of transport services;

•A portal in which travel costs must be declared;

•A portal in which cardholders can book and/or plan trips.
