Project description: The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – Directorate Magdeburg – as the contracting authority intends to create new residential space, particularly for federal employees, through new construction at various locations. Specifically, this concerns the aforementioned properties in the city of Munster (State of Lower Saxony). The BImA plans to construct three apartment buildings, with a total of 75 apartments as one- and two-room apartments, including open spaces and a connecting underground garage for 44 parking spaces. Scope of services: This tender includes all planning, consulting and construction services required for the key-ready, functional and occupancy-ready erection of the buildings with underground garage and outdoor facilities according to the Functional Performance Description (FLB). It should be noted that the performance phases 1-4 have already been provided by the general planner commissioned by the contracting authority. A public-law building permit is available. The required scope of services can be found in the detailed version of the functional performance description (Attachment C-01.1).
