The supplies include medical equipment for the therapeutic activities of MULC "Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven" AD, divided into 9/ nine/ separate positions, as follows: Patient monitor - 2 units. Portable hospital stretcher - 1 unit. Infrared lamp with red and blue filter - 1 unit. Combined apparatus for magnetotherapy, electrotherapy, ultrasound and vacuum module - 1 unit. Single-channel perfusor - 6 units. Flexible nasopharyngeal scope - 1 unit. Motorised table for UNG - 1 unit. Biphasic synchronised defibrillator - 1 unit. Mechanical hospital bed with four sections - 6 units. Estimated value of the contract: The estimated value of the current public procurement is – 30 916,67 € (thirty thousand nine hundred and sixteen euros and sixty-seven cents) excluding VAT or 37 100,00 € (thirty-seven thousand and one hundred euros) including VAT. The announced estimated value is also the maximum financial resource of the public procurement. A participant who proposes a price higher than the estimated value of the contract for the relevant separate position shall be excluded on the basis of Article 107 of the PPA. Place of performance MULC "Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven" AD, Sliven, at the address: Sliven, "Hristo Botev" Blvd. No. 1. The contract enters into force from the date of its signature. The contract period expires after the expiry of the warranty period of the equipment, subject to delivery. The delivery period is proposed by the participant, but should not be longer than 90/ ninety/ calendar days. This period starts to run from the date of entry into force of the contract. Warranty period: The warranty period of the delivered equipment cannot be shorter than 12/ twelve/ months, with this period starting from the date of completion of installation and commissioning of the delivered equipment. The contracting authority will award the current public procurement by determining the economically most advantageous offer under the criterion "Lowest price", in accordance with Article 70, paragraph 2, item 1 of the PPA.
