The Kirsten Boie School is a four-stream primary school that has been operated as a recognised full-day school since the 2015/16 school year. Currently, 367 pupils are taught in 17 classes and one DaZ class, of which around 270 pupils currently use the full-day school offers. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The three-stream primary school Willinghusen is located in the approximately 2 km distant district of Willinghusen and has been working as a full-day school since the 2014/15 school year. Currently, 248 pupils find space in 11 classes. 206 children attend the full-day school here. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The schools have grown increasingly in recent years. According to the current school development plan, steadily high pupil numbers are to be expected. In addition, the participation rate in the full-day school has steadily increased in recent years. Therefore, a further increase in participant numbers is to be expected. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The contractual relationship with the current cooperation partner of the full-day school ends on 31.12.2026. The municipality of Barsbüttel (hereinafter: municipality) is therefore looking for an implementation partner for the full-day school (hereinafter: partner) for both school locations as of 01.01.2027. The implementation partnership includes the coordination and implementation of the full-day school and care offers by the partner's own staff, personnel management and administrative processing. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The implementation of their contents, methods and offer forms takes place within the framework of the existing legal bases according to § 6 Schleswig-Holstein School Act (SchuIG SH), § 24 Para. 4 Social Code VIII (SGB VIII) and by applying the "Guideline for the approval and promotion of full-day schools as well as for the establishment and promotion of care offers in the primary level and in the eight-year secondary education (G 8) (Guideline for full-day and care)" as well as the "Guideline for the promotion of operating costs by implementing the reimbursement mechanism for school full-day and care offers with enforcement effect with regard to the entry into force of the legal entitlement to full-day promotion for children of primary school age (hereinafter "Guideline for the promotion of operating costs") which came into force on 01.01.2026. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The full-day and care offers complement the reliable school time within a fixed time frame. They are intended to contribute to a child-friendly design and to the opening of the school to its social environment as well as to facilitate the situation of working parents/guardians or single parents.
