France – Personnel-training services – Formations management et projet (lot 1) et Ateliers des managers (lot 2) - PHASE CANDIDATURES

The Pays de la Loire Region is engaged in a significant transformation process aimed at positioning itself as a "agile and strategic" authority. This process involves adjusting public policies, processes, and ways of working, and more than ever positions the management line (hierarchical managers, project managers) as the driving force and relay of this approach. To support this dynamic, the Region has chosen to invest heavily in supporting managers through a specific training offer, tailored to the Region's frameworks, and the implementation of management animation workshops (these workshops aim to gain perspective on practices, implement action plans, support teams in developing their management project, adjust the functioning of work collectives, etc.). It wishes to be supported by a service provider bringing expertise and the ability to carry out these measures for its 4,000 agents, and more particularly its management line (250 people at the Headquarters, 200 people in the lycées). This framework agreement therefore aims to train the agents of the Pays de la Loire Region in the fields of "management" and "project management" and to organise management workshops. Below are a few examples of the main training themes expected:

• Being a manager in a public authority: the fundamentals

• Supporting change

• Mastering and driving the project mode

• Risk management and crisis management

• Evaluation of public policies

Below are a few details on the management workshops and their expectations:

• Offer the managers of the authority a range of management workshops, complementary to the existing support measures, such as training, animation of the managers' professional community, thematic peer-sharing sessions, conferences, etc.

• Bring together the supervisors of the same collective to strengthen the common managerial culture and facilitate team collaboration.
