Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff FAM CERNEVIT (ausgenommen KPG) und austauschbare FAM, ATC B05XC30 für die Zeit 01.10.2026 - 30.09.2028

Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal award procedures according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. For medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Appendix 2 to the contract, with the aforementioned active substance finished medicinal product designation CERNEVIT (excluding KPG) and interchangeable FAM, ATC B05XC30, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude medicine discount contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new medicine discount contracts come into force. A discount contract under the authorisation model for the aforementioned active substance comes into force for the first time on 01.10.2026 and expires on 30.09.2028. It expires automatically with the entry into force of the exclusive contract, regardless.
