Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Naloxegol, ATC A06AH03 für die Zeit 01.08.2026 - 31.07.2028

Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V allows health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of statutory health insurance. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the awarding of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly carries out substance-related formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. For pharmaceuticals to be specified by the bidder in Annex 2 to the contract for the above-mentioned active substance Naloxegol, ATC A06AH03, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude pharmaceutical rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new pharmaceutical rebate contracts come into force. A rebate contract under the licensing model for the above-mentioned active substance comes into force for the first time on 01.08.2026 and expires on 31.07.2028. It expires automatically with the entry into force of the exclusive contract, regardless of this.
