Description

The tender covers framework agreements (17 independent lots) for the execution of earthworks and building services in regionally defined, rural as well as urban structured areas (see annex) within the supply area of the contracting authority, primarily for the creation of conduit-bound infrastructure. The works to be carried out consist of:

• Creation of trenches with associated pits, in particular for gas, power, heat, water and telecommunications lines

• Laying of 1 kV, 20 kV and 30 kV cables as well as telecommunications cables, fibre optic ducts and water pipes

• Supply and installation of laying materials such as pipes, warning tapes, covering materials according to the laying and approval regulations of the client

• Excavation and restoration works for the integration of the lines into buildings, boxes or switchgear cabinets including line and cable securing at the endpoints

• Creation of wall slots and niches as well as prefabricated foundations for cabinets and boxes

• Moving, repairing and sealing of in-situ concrete or prefabricated shafts including the necessary breakthroughs

• New construction and repair of house connections

• Breaking up and restoration of surfaces

• Creation of mechanically stabilised load-bearing layers

A significant part of the service provision is the fault and damage service with the associated on-call duty, which must be ensured around the clock, throughout the year. Due to the importance of the supply media and potential hazards in the event of damage, immediate rectification is essential as a first measure.
