The contracting authority intends to conclude an EVB-IT framework agreement for the provision of fixed-line telephony for the City of Aachen. The services to be provided under the framework agreement are divided into two lots. Each lot will be awarded to a single company. The lots will be published in separate project rooms. The present contract notice and the tender documents uploaded to the project room of the procurement portal relate exclusively to Lot 2. The contractor will assume all services and activities necessary for the complete execution of the framework agreement and the individual contracts based thereon.
