Subscription and maintenance service for automatic fire alarm systems, gas signalling and fire extinguishing installations and a Centralised Monitoring System, built in production and administrative facilities on the territory of „ТЕЦ Марица изток 2” EAD, according to technical requirements for a period of 2 years. The contracting authority will conclude framework agreements separately with up to three potential contractors, ranked from first to third place inclusive, provided that there is a sufficient number of tenders that meet the pre-announced conditions of the contracting authority. In the event that there are not a sufficient number of participants who meet the selection criteria, or a sufficient number of tenders that meet the pre-announced conditions of the contracting authority, then the contracting authority may conclude a framework agreement with fewer than three potential contractors. For the conclusion of each specific contract, which is awarded under the framework agreement, the contracting authority will conduct an internal competitive selection, by sending an invitation to participate to all parties with whom a framework agreement has already been concluded in accordance with Article 82, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act, and will determine the contractor for the relevant contract based on the criterion: "lowest price". The assignment of the internal competitive selection is made by strictly following the conditions of the framework agreement, with the contracts concluded on its basis not being able to contradict it, nor to substantially alter its conditions. The framework agreement will be concluded for a value of up to 2 496 880 (two million four hundred and ninety-six thousand eight hundred and eighty) euro, including the maximum estimated value without VAT of all public procurement contracts, envisaged for the entire period of its validity.
